If you switched you android device and want the remove the Google account from your old android device. Follow below steps:
From any Google service, click on your display picture and then "Manage your Google Account".
Then Click on "Security" and find the tile named "Your Devices".
Click on "Manage devices" and click on Menu dots of the device you want to unlink from your Google account and click on "Sign out". That's it you are done.
