Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
On Left Most click on "Turn Windows Features on or off" hyperlink.
Form the new Window, click on "Internet Information Services" check box.
Click on "OK" button.
Windows will search for its packages and enable the services. When process completed click on "Close" button.
Click on Windows button and type "iis" and now click on "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager".
All Done.
