Enabling Siebel Dedicated Personalization Logs

Introduction:

Siebel Personalization Event Triggered Logs identify all the events triggered by the Siebel or by action performed by the user. Below is the example:

Enabling Logs:

  • For enabling the logs open the cfg file of Dedicated Client (c:\Siebel\15.0.0.0.0\Client\bin\enu\publicsector.cfg)
  • Search PersonalizationLog in text editor and add the file path after = like below:
    • PersonalizationLog       = C:\Siebel\DedicatedLogs\PersonalizationLog01.txt
